These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and GMP99 ("GMP99", "we", "us", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible atgmp99.cam and its associated subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain GMP99 Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. GMP99 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law, or you have independently confirmed that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any Restricted Jurisdiction as defined by GMP99's internal compliance policy. GMP99 maintains the right to update its list of Restricted Jurisdictions at any time.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You do not currently hold any other active or suspended GMP99 Account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from GMP99 or had your Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not depositing funds under duress, coercion, or while experiencing a gambling-related crisis.

4.1 Registration Requirements

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number where applicable. The provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. GMP99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify GMP99 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. GMP99 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

GMP99 is required to verify player identity before processing withdrawals or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. You will be required to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months)
• A selfie holding the submitted photo ID
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable

GMP99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable period may be temporarily restricted pending verification. Typical KYC review time is 24–48 hours from submission of complete documentation.

GMP99 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Daily withdrawal limits are determined by your membership tier:RM5,000 (Bronze/Reserve), RM20,000 (Silver/Premier), and RM50,000 (Gold/Velvet VIP). GMP99 targets the following processing timeframes:

GMP99 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing withdrawals of MYR10,000 or above. In such cases, processing may take up to 48 hours. Funds may only be withdrawn to payment methods verified as belonging to the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and cashback offers made available through GMP99 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. Where a conflict exists between general bonus terms herein and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, the following default wagering requirements apply to bonuses claimed on GMP99:

• Reserve (Bronze) Tier: 30x wagering requirement on bonus amount
• Premier (Silver) Tier: 25x wagering requirement on bonus amount
• Velvet Gold VIP Tier: 20x wagering requirement on bonus amount

Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless otherwise specified. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute between 10% and 20%, and certain game categories may not contribute at all. 7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While bonus funds are active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, a maximum bet limit of RM25 per round or spin applies across all eligible games, unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

GMP99 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, systematic exploitation of bonus structures, placing low-risk hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to extract guaranteed profits from promotions. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided, and the account may be terminated.

All bets and wagers placed on GMP99 are subject to the specific game rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules and accept the outcome of the game or event as final, subject to the dispute resolution process described below.

GMP99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error (including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or technical errors). In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your Account balance. GMP99 is not liable for any losses arising from bets placed on markets offered in error.

For sports betting markets, all results are based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, FA, UFC/MA governing organisations, Liga Super Malaysia's Football Association of Malaysia). In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to data feed issues, and any unsettled in-play bets at the time of suspension will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GMP99 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or during a cooling-off period
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of funds derived from illegal activity
• Using software, bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing GMP99 staff or other users
• Attempting to transfer Account balances between players outside of official promotional mechanics
• Circumventing geo-blocking or jurisdiction restrictions using VPNs or proxy services
• Any activity that constitutes or facilitates match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting on sports events

GMP99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following player-protection tools, accessible through your Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on net losses within a defined period. Once reached, further play is suspended for that period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary break from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the Account is inaccessible for wagering.
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Available for periods of 1 month to 5 years, or permanently. Requests are processed within 24 hours.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the Platform without prior written consent from GMP99.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GMP99, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

GMP99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

GMP99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or free of technical errors. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may result in temporary Platform unavailability. GMP99 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance.

GMP99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• The Account has been used for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud
• The Account holder has provided false identity information
• The continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to GMP99
• The Account holder is located in or accessing from a Restricted Jurisdiction

Upon termination for breach, any Account Balance and bonus funds may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., upon a player's voluntary request), the Account Balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

A player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting GMP99 customer support. Accounts subject to an active self-exclusion are processed within 24 hours and may not be reopened during the exclusion period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GMP99 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction, you should first contact GMP99 customer support with full details of the dispute. GMP99 aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a complete dispute submission. If the matter remains unresolved, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with their complaint procedures.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.
